Mobile Paint Party

Host a private paint party at the venue of your choice within the South Bay and neighboring Los Angeles cities. We bring all the supplies, setup, and step-by-step instruction directly to you!

If you have a specific design in mind that isn't featured in the lookbook, please feel free to send us a photo so we can review it for your event.

Pricing

  • $1,000 Minimum: Includes up to 20 participants
  • Additional Participants (21–44): $40 per participant
  • $2,000: Covers 45 to 50 participants
  • Maximum Capacity: 50 participants

Deposit & Terms

  • $200 Deposit: Required to hold and reserve your event date
  • Cancellations: Fully refundable (net of credit card processing fees) with written notice 7 days prior
  • Final Balance: Due 2 days prior to the event

Venue & Setup Requirements

  • Tables & Chairs: Because the event is hosted at your venue, you provide the tables, chairs, food, and drinks.
  • Space Needed: Each participant requires a seat at a table with approximately two feet of space for painting supplies.

Event Format & Experience

  • Arrival & Setup: We arrive at least 1 hour before your event to set up all painting supplies.
  • Clean-up Included: We provide protective table covers, paper towels, wipes, and trash bags for full cleanup.
  • Painting Duration: Plan for 2 hours of dedicated, guided painting time for your group.
  • Selected Artwork Design: The canvas will be pre-sketched with your chosen design. One painting design is selected for the whole group.
  • Step-by-Step Instruction: No prior painting experience is necessary! Our Art Instructor demonstrates step-by-step while offering personalized coaching.
  • Color Customization: Participants can strictly follow the instructor's demo or mix any of the provided paint colors to personalize their creation.
  • Photos & Memories: We capture photos throughout the event and take a wonderful group photo at the end to commemorate your party!
