Return & Refund Policy: Studio Liquidation Sale

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL All items sold during the Studio Liquidation Sale (March 21 – March 29) are sold "As-Is" and are Final Sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason.

2. INSPECTION AT PICKUP We encourage all buyers to inspect their items thoroughly at the time of pickup. Once an item leaves the Gallery premises, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

3. ABANDONED ITEMS

• Small Items: Any items not picked up by Monday, March 23 at 5:00 PM will be considered abandoned.
• Large Furniture: Any items not picked up by your scheduled appointment (no later than Thursday, April 2) will be considered abandoned.
• No Refunds: Abandoned items will not be refunded, as these slots and items were held exclusively for you, preventing other artists from purchasing them during the limited sale window.

4. CANCELLATIONS Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the request is made at least 24 hours BEFORE the sale starts (by March 21, 12:00 PM). After the sale begins, all orders are locked in for the liquidation process.
